Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery time for major cities in Pakistan is usually 2–4 business days, while other areas may take 3–6 business days depending on location and courier conditions. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000, while standard shipping charges apply to orders below this amount and are calculated at checkout. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan, allowing customers to pay at the time of delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If your package arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
